So Gland To Be In Oxford Again

Well, i made it safe and sound. Yesterday was a long day. i only slept 2 hours (a restless sleep) on wed. night, then i woke up at 2am on thursday morning to catch a taxi that took me to a bus in Florence that took me to a plane in Pisa that tok me to london where i caught a bus that 3 hours later led me to Oxford. I finally arrived at 12:45pm on thursday:)

After i got here, i had a bit of walking to get back to the houses to meet up with Kyle. i walked about 1.5 miles and i was walking as fast as i could cause for one i really wanted to see him, but also the real truth is i had not had a bathroom break all day:) anyway, so i was rushing back and all the sudden i see someone walking really close to me and i turn and it was Kyle! he saw me walking down the street and ran after me to catch up. I was soooo happy to see him! we went back to the house and got to visit for about 30 minutes before he had to be in class again. when he went to class i hung out around here, checked in over email to let parents know i was alive and then i went and bought a sandwich from my favorite sandwich place here. i visited with some ACU kids and watched a movie with them until Kyle got out of class.

After he was out, we went and checked me into my bed and breakfast... well it isnt the nicest place ever, but its just fine and the door locks:) and i was pleased to see that there is at least a sink and a TV in there, which is always nice. no, its a pretty good place, it will do just fine for the two nights! then we decided take a walk around town and just have time to visit and see each other after so long. we came back to the house and i helped Kyle get his laundry done and he studied for his test he had this morning and wrote a short paper (i am trying my very hardest to not distract him from studying, but he is making it kinda hard cause he doesnt want to work on anything either! :) anyway, after that we went to Borders and got my starbucks fix and he studied some more. we were going to go out and have a fun dinner, but neither of us were hungary at all, so we just went back and watched an american TV show (it is so nice to hear TV in english again:) ). i went to sleep pretty early and Kyle went back to study. i slept really well and didnt wake up at all until about 6am and i was wide awake (it felt like another jetlag day for me i guess).

all this morning, after having my breakfast, i just walked around Oxford to all my favorite places and took tons of pictures! and now i am just waiting until kyles done with class. oh and i am eating american peanut butter (i gave in and bought myself some today cause i missed it so much!) well, goodbye for now, i will try to write again soon. sorry there are no pictures this time around, i didnt bring my plug-in thingy for my camera, so i will post picts on sunday probably.
