Rosa is our cook for the four weeks and she is amazing! she cooked us pasta, pork and salad for dinner when we got here and then the best part... this strawberry dessert with these great cookies covered in chocolate on top and fresh whipped cream... ahhhh, it was soooo good! We all learned, 'that was very good' in Italian, "e mulo buono"... and it was.
Anyway, after we met our directors, Dave and Debbie (who are awesome by the way, they have moved here from searcy, AR) they gave us a run down of the place and told us the general ins and outs, then we got all set up. I will post pictures ASAP, i promise, i have taken a few, but i mainly need to take some around the house to show you.
Alright, i guess i will be writing soon to tell you more. be looking for pictures, they will be up soon, maybe even later tonight, we'll see.

Dear One,
THANKS SO MUCH for the post card from England! I didn't know you were over the pond...J doesn't tell us much :) You are just the sweetest ever and it does my heart good to read your posts. Your phots are AMAZING so don't ever get down on yourself about art cuz you are an amazing photo artist. Besides, I think your watercolors are beautiful. I'm thankful to see this blog of yours (stumbled on it while looking at Aimee Jo's) and want you to know that your album of the cousins really made my day out here in cold, rainy Minnesota. Have a blast, stay safe, and keep up the postings! Love you tons, Susie Free
