Week With My Cousin

I was bummed that my family was leaving me for a week and a half to go see my family in Idaho. i wanted to go so badly, but duty calls and I had to be a good little intern at Ethan Allen and stay home for the week. For those of you who know me really well, you know I dont do well with being alone and I was really worried about having to be by myself all week. Well mandie was wonderful enough to stay with me and it was a great week. There were tough days that were long at work and days I really missed and wanted to be with Kyle and my school friends, but having her here made all the difference. It was also really great to get to spend time with other friends like papa and nana, Linda and the klobas'.

Our week was full of fun, girly times. We went shopping, bought shoes, went to dinner, watched movies, fell asleep early and cleaned the house. It was kinda funny cause we called ourselves the old married couple all week. Kyle started it by saying we were cause we would call each other from work and ask each other to bring home milk and eggs and then we would fall asleep early in my parents bed. we had a lot of fun! The last day we had together, today was Amandas Birthday. We actually made it a whole weekend event, one party to the next, I took work off and it was wonderful!

Mandie, thank you soooooo much for being with me all week and most of all thank you for being the best cousin a friend anyone could ask for. I love you!
