Graduation, moving, wedding, moving, running, Oh and did I mention Moving?

So this was a BUSY last two months! It started with Kearby's
graduation at the beginning of May... SO proud of my little roomie! We moved her out the next day and she headed off to live in DFW area. Over the next month or so, Jake was moving his stuff in (Sarah and Jake now live in my old house), I was
replacing my stuff with his and storing my things at his old place, Sarah
was shifting her stuff around and Ab and Nate were beginning to pack
their lives up as well. As of the next few weeks, I had my things at my old house, my almost new house, Jake's place and who knows where else!


On June 12th, Sarah and Jacob tied the knot. The few nights previous to the wedding, Sarah and I had an amazing time together, enjoying our last few days of being roommates. I remember laying in bed one night and saying, "Sarah? You have to live with a boy starting tomorrow night." she said, "I KNOW I was just thinking that! :)" Oh fun times. We spent all day of the wedding setting up, beautifying and just having fun being together. It was a beautiful wedding and we all worked really hard to make it great for them, it was a very good day.


















The next week or so, I house sat for them while they were in Chicago on their honeymoon and then moved, yet again, all my stuff into Ab and Nate's back room.

As most of you already know, I am right in the middle of training for a half marathon. My good friend Luke and I started running back in February just for exercise and fun and somehow it turned into marathon training... go figure:) Luke and I are pretty competitive, so once we got up to 4 or 5 miles without stopping, Luke said, "hey, lets run a half marathon" and I said, "man, I knew that was coming. I KNEW you were gonna say that soon". So I said okay, and here we are:) We're up to about 8 miles now, so we're over halfway.

My mommy came in late June to help Abi and Nate move, so that was great to see
her, even if only for 4 days:) All the next week, Ab, Nate, my mommy
and I moved all their stuff into boxes as my stuff slowly infiltrated
the rest of the house. Mom and Abi left for Boston a few weekends ago and
Nate lived with me for another 2 weeks to stay and defend his
thesis. Eventually, all my stuff was in and all their stuff was
put on a truck, destination: Boston. They just found an apartment there and are excited to get going on it.

I'm almost all settled in the house now, boy it's been a whirlwind! Here are some pictures of my place... I LOVE it!:) Enjoy...













I hate to say 'the summers slow' because obviously you all wouldn't believe me. hehe, BUT it is getting there, slowing down. I had a lot of friends move and leave for vacations, but the few that stayed have been fun to have around.. I am excited to have two of my good friends come back in just a few days and then I get to go to the Michael Buble concert in San Antonio soon... YIPPEE!
