3 days, 1,476 miles, 3 states, lots and lots of fruit snacks, hilarious and priceless car quotes, nice hotel suite on the 15th floor (right smack in the middle of downtown), all day Saturday at the New Orleans Jazz Fest., jamming out with Tim Robbins (yes, the actor, hehe), front row at Simon and Garfunkel (SOOOOO awesome, once in a lifetime for sure), feet and legs covered in mud, my first taste of REAL Cajun food and getting to experience it all with two amazing friends Luke and Perry... wonderful weekend... Yep, that's it in a nutshell, ask later for more details, I'm off to nap :)
There sure is something wonderful about being young and just being able to pick up and leave on n exciting trip for a weekend away. I have LOVED that part of being here. My friends are like me, so eager just to pick up and travel 13 hours just for the heck of it... we have fun!
